Social media sensation Young Emmanuella was a delight to watch last Sunday at Funnybone Untamed comedy show as she took the guests to another level with her ‘This is not my real face’ performance. The 5- year- old comedienne excited guests with jokes which got the crowd rolling on the floor. One of such jokes was when she said ‘The first time I heard Bovi, I thought it was a biscuit’. Not content with causing havoc with that, she also made mockery of TY Bello and the Bread Seller Story as she enacted as the bread seller hawking and tagged anyone who is against her a hater who doesn’t want her to progress just like Jumoke did. Her performance brought the crowd to a near-frenzy.

Shell Hall, Muson Centre, which was the venue of the event, recorded a recordbreaking attendance for the debut comedy show with a capacity crowd of more than 2,000 guests as against the normal 1200 guests that the hall sits perfectly. Guests came charged up and ready for a night of premium entertainment and they were not disappointed. First came a number of warm-up performances from young and talented artistes who got the chance to thrill guests at the event. Then came the moment of the night, when Comedian Funnybone finally made his appearance onstage. At this stage, the guests got uncontrollably excited and cheered him up over staging such a show with so many crowds in the hall. His mum was reduced to tears at the sight of the superstar. Funnybone took his show a notch higher, cracking jokes using his mum’s characteristics as well as sharing exciting experiences from his childhood days to University days. He delivered a 40-minute set and went on to appreciate everyone who supported his show acknowledging Wazobia FM OAP, Steve Onu ‘Yaw’ who produced the show. His set was preceded by back-to-back musical performances from superstar artistes including Harry Song, Kcee, Iyanya, Aramide, Korede Bello, Bracket, Mi Abaga, Koker, Ice Prince, Jesse Jagz, Phyno and Olamide.
