The Arts Castle Academy is set to organize the maiden edition of its Exhibition Festival geared towards celebrating creativity among children.
The project is aimed at reviving performance arts in communities and preserving Nigerian culture using children as the focal point and building them to become artistic giants.
The programme is slated to hold tomorrow at Bamodu Memorial Hall in Bariga area of Lagos with celebrities in the creative industry as guests to encourage the children.
According to the Executive Director of Arts Castle Academy, Okoro Kingsley Okkorriia, the festival is an avenue for children to exhibit their creativity and showcase their artistic prowess in dance, spoken word, art work, drama and music before the public.
He added that it is also aimed at nurturing a well mannered use of artistic talents to enhance a drastic reduction in illicit drugs, child abuse and other children related societal vices.
The vision of the company is tailored towards the fact that every child has something in them but the right kind of activity at the right time of development will make them aspire to be leaders of tomorrow.
Arts Castle Academy Exhibition Festival (ACAEF) will also involve a walk to the less privileged home. The project will also serve as avenue to project a positive change into the disadvantaged area of Lagos through arts as exhibited by talented children.
